This home in Mountain Creek originally planned to be a renovation but ended up being a knock-down rebuild! Our clients bought the old and dated house as it was in a well sought-after area in the Sunshine Coast which they loved, but wanted a home that better suited their lifestyle so transforming this house was the only way to go.
We have used the base of the 30 year old house, standing new frames, trusses and basically building from the slab up, transforming it into a contemporary home with a whole new look and feel! As you enter the house the hallway leads you to the open plan living/dining/kitchen with large butlers pantry and servery. The massive island bench is a feature with beautiful pendants above. The house is also dual living with the dining area able to be opened up to the outdoor dining area and pool. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage, large media room situated in the middle of the house. The main bedroom is amazing which looks out to the pool and the lake, with beautiful walk through robe with the latest in cabinetry behind a wall divider leading to a massive ensuite with modern tiles and frameless shower.
Our clients could not wait to move into their new home and have decorated / styled it wonderfully. We hope they enjoy living in their new home for many years to come!
