Fire Damage Rebuild
This insurance repair job is the result of a devastating house fire. The damage caused by this fire has resulted in partial demolition of the structure, whereby the whole roof and 90% of the internal timber framing needed to be removed and rebuilt. The repairs were extensive including internal framing and trusses, insulation, new roof, all new plumbing, new bathrooms and kitchen, all new windows to the exterior, complete electrical re-wire of the house including all fittings and fixtures, plastering of internal walls and painting, new floor coverings. The owners have decided to render the existing brickwork to give the home a more modern look.
