Added Storey for some WOW factor
This renovation had us awarded with the winner of Best Renovation up to $275,000 at the Gold Coast Master Builders Awards in 2017. We designed the renovation to the clients satisfaction. An additional storey was added to the home which featured the master bedroom, huge walk in wardrobe, ensuite and sitting room. A deck was also added to the front of the property with access out of the main bed and sitting room. In the existing lower level, beautiful timber stairs were built to facilitate the extra level, the front facade and entryway was transformed creating street appeal. To improve the layout and modernise the floorplan, the kitchen was moved, creating space and an open plan style. A butlers pantry was incorporated using some space from the existing outdoor entertaining area. The main bathroom and laundry were revitalised with new cabinetry, benchtops, vanity and tiles. All areas were repainted and inside and out. This renovation has turned a nice home in to a beautiful modern, functional and livable home which satisfied all members of the family. The parents retreat upstairs has created so much more room. Downstairs, the redesign of the kitchen/dining/lounge area has created a very functional kitchen and open plan living space that everyone can enjoy.
