The festive season is well and truly here, which means 2021 is coming to an end.
What a year it has been for Campbell Construction Co. If there is one word we could use to describe 2021 for us, it would be GROWTH.
To give you an idea, Campbell Construction Co have:
- Celebrated 10 years in Business
- Grown our team to over 100 Campbell staff
- Moved our Sunshine Coast team (our second in just two years), to a much larger ‘Head Office’ in Birtinya.
- Expanded our Assistive Housing division
- Established two new Campbell Divisions; Tiling and Waterproofing and also Solar and Electrical
But as our team, and range of services continues to grow, one thing remains – our core value ‘We Care’. And it’s built into everything we do.
20K Giveaway
We celebrated 10 years in Business with our 20K Renovation Giveaway, in conjunction with 92.7 Mix FM. We were inundated with entries from people nominating loved ones who had endured tough times and were in need of a renovation rescue!
The winners were announced at a live broadcast from our Mooloolaba office, surrounded by family and friends, and have since had their work completed by our team.
In The Community
We love supporting our local community and cherish the opportunity to be able to give back to a variety of charities and sporting clubs so they can grow and flourish.

Top Projects
Renovation – Plymouth Quay, Maroochydore
An entertainers dream with indoor-outdoor living looking over the Maroochy River. The property was transformed with a full renovation of the kitchen, living and dining room to create a more modern feel to the home with open plan living.
The entire back wall of the home was removed to install a large stacker door to overlook the existing pool and stylish new BBQ area. The new extended deck created additional space to the alfresco and pool area, and existing upstairs deck removed to make way for a new kids retreat overlooking the canal.
New Build – David Low Way, Point Arkwright
This 700m2 architectural home was designed by Adrian Ramsey at AR Design House. The Point Arkwright home consists of 3 levels with elevator access to each floor, open plan living, and large aluminium windows providing natural light and sweeping views of the beautiful coastline.
The built-in concrete pool on the top level overlooks the coast through a custom acrylic pool window, providing the ultimate place to spend the hot summer months.
Knockdown Rebuild – Munbilla Close, Mountain Creek
Originally planned to be a renovation, this Mountain Creek home ended up being a knockdown rebuild! We utilised the base of the 30 year old house, standing new frames and trusses, building from the slab up. The home has been transformed into a contemporary home with a whole new look and feel, and better yet in a location the clients love and call home.
