A major project for Campbell Construction Co during 2020 was working with Billy Moore from Augello’s Mooloolaba to build his new investment property in The Grove Residential Estates in Mooloolah Valley.
A gorgeous duplex set on an 800m2 block now has two, pristine three-bedroom homes, both complete with a study. The modern design of these homes include open plan living spaces with lots of natural light and low maintenance landscaping. The generous size bedrooms come complete with plush carpet and mirror robe doors, with plenty more storage throughout the house. The kitchens are fit out with contemporary fixtures such a soft close drawers and innovative cooking appliances.
This project has been in the making since March 2020 and now the final product is revealed.
The team at Campbell Construction Co worked with Billy from the initial design and planning stage, right through to the handover.

When deciding on the block, it was considered how the building will age, how it will affect repairs and maintenance, and visualised the functionality of the house, not only to Billy, but to be attractive to renters.
